Barilla® Chickpea Rotini

I cooked the recipe Barilla Chickpea Rotini with Broccoli, Roasted Red Peppers and Thyme the other day for dinner and it was a hit! It tastes very authentic. Even though it is plant based pasta, you really cannot tell, it tastes just like a regular pasta! The texture was soft and smooth. Goes great with a glass of wine too. For this dinner I used roasted red peppers, thyme, broccoli and of course the Barilla Chickpea Rotini. I added a little bit of salt and black pepper. It took me under 30 minutes to prepare it all. Just coking the pasta itself was about 10 minutes, very fast and easy to cook. I served this pasta to my roommate and we both enjoyed it. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.
