Barilla® Chickpea Rotini

My family and I love pasta. We have pasta at least once a week and when I approached my family about trying the Barilla Chickpea Rotini, they were skeptical, but were willing to try it. Recently, I was making spaghetti my girlfriend was over and she hates chickpeas – her first reaction to when I told her we were having Barilla Chickpea Rotini, she asked if I could make regular pasta too. I told her that I would after she tried the Barilla Chickpea Rotini first. Her first reaction was “I told you I would try the Barilla Chickpea Rotini first; you didn’t have to make regular pasta just for me.” When I told her that it was the Barilla Chickpea Rotini, not regular pasta she was surprised. She even has seconds! When she left, I gave her some boxes of the pasta to try with her family. Her family loved it as well. I added a box of the Barilla Chickpea Rotini to a pot of homemade soup I made a few days ago, and the pasta didn’t get soggy like when I use regular pasta in my soups. It cooks up just like regular pasta, and everyone states that they didn’t even notice that it was made with chickpeas – they tasted no real difference. I have shared the pasta with my family and some other friends and so far, everyone loves it. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion
