I received this product free in exchange for my honest opinion. I had a lot of fun making this rotini following a fantastic recipe recommended by Barilla but the celebration was in eating it! Regarding cooking the rotini I recommend over-cooking the pasta by 3-4 minutes to achieve the best firmness. The leek-artichoke cream sauce really came together perfectly and the dry wine used in cooking gave the whole ensemble a wonderfully-balanced and complex flavor. Being a diabetic I especially appreciated how the pasta's carbs didn't affect my glucose as much as traditional pastas. We enjoyed this meal with a glass of red wine and really loved the flavor!
