The Grapevine bvba offers services by the name of “The Insiders/ Les initiés” on the website of the same name. The Insiders webpage offers registered members the chance to participate in Insider campaigns, as well as the possible use of certain services (such as polls, discounts, downloads...).

In order to use the website and participate in Insider campaigns, a user must first create an account by filling in a registration form with personal details (name, e-mail, address) and non-personal information (interests, activities, etc). Only 1 account can be created and used per person. After an account has been created, every user will receive an e-mail at the given e-mail address which will contain a link to activate the account. Every member has his own unique login (e-mail address) and password. It is the responsibility of the member to keep the account information and password confidential. In the event of improper use of the user name and password by a third party, the member will immediately inform The Insiders.

To register, a member must be at least 14 years old, have a valid e-mail address and postal address. If you are under 18, permission from your parents or guardian must be obtained. This must be confirmed when you sign up.

For campaigns with alcoholic beverages, the minimum age is 18 years. Please also refer to the strict regulations set out in the Code of Conduct.

Only natural persons can become members (no companies or official bodies).

Every member must provide accurate information about him/herself in order to sign up as a member and take part in Insider campaigns. Providing incorrect or misleading information will influence the level of service that The Grapevine bvba offers to clients. Therefore, The Grapevine bvba reserves the right at all times to remove the account of a member when misleading or deliberately incorrect personal details were provided. It is forbidden to make racist, discriminating, aggressive or any other comments that may cause immediate or consequential damage to The Insiders, its members or third parties. Consequently, they will immediately be removed from the website. The Grapevine bvba reserves the right to remove the account of members who violate these rules.

The Grapevine bvba reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue campaigns with or without informing members. In the event that this right is enforced, The Grapevine bvba cannot be held liable for immediate or consequential damage or cannot be held responsible by any member or third party.

Members are not allowed to sell any products they receive from campaigns. The Grapevine bvba reserves the right to remove the account of members who violate this rule.

When using our website, various information is collected about our users on different pages and at different times.

The Grapevine bvba is the sole owner of this information. The Grapevine bvba may disclose this information anonymously to clients, users or third parties. This means that we may pass on demographic or statistic information but which can never be linked directly to your personal details or personal account.

Personal details such as first name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone, number, date of birth and marital status can be modified or removed by the user at any time. In the latter case, this means closing the account.

We do not sell, rent or share these personal details to third parties other than described above. Only with the express consent of the user, may personal details be passed on to third parties (opt-in).

When registering with The Insiders, you can opt-in to receive e-mails from us. If you do not enable this setting, the chances of participating in a campaign will significantly reduce as we will not always be able to keep you up-to-date.

We regularly conduct surveys to ask for your opinion or ideas to improve the website or our services. This we may share with our business partners and third parties in order for them to have a better understanding of our users' opinions on certain matters or the type of people that use our website. All information collected (responses on blogs, reports, e-mails with suggestions, questions and ideas) are property of The Grapevine bvba and may be used and shared with third parties.

Servers that store personal details are housed in a secure environment and are professionally maintained. Users are fully and personally responsible for keeping their password and account information confidential.

Users are given the option to not receive any e-mails from The Insiders (opt-out). If this is the case, the chances of participating in a campaign significantly reduce as we will not always be able to keep you up-to-date.

We send all new members a welcome e-mail to verify their login and password. Members who we are allowed to contact via e-mail (opt-in), will occasionally receive e-mails with news, updates about new or current campaigns, rewards, answers to reports or other interesting facts that take place at The Insiders. Don't worry, we won't spam you and unnecessarily fill up your mailbox.

Contact preferences for your account can be changed at any time.

In exceptional circumstances we may have to send an e-mail to specific or all users to make important announcements about The Insiders site or service changes. It is impossible to opt-out of these announcements. This announcement will firstly appear on-line. We reserve the right to contact users to improve errors in their account or to ask for information that is crucial to The Insiders.

At any time, The Grapevine bvba reserves the right to modify, expand or reduce the points scheme with or without prior notification to the members. Minors can only redeem points with permission from their parents or guardian.

Both members and The Insiders reserve the right to terminate the service at any time by going to “My Profile” on the website. The Grapevine bvba cannot be held liable by a member or third parties as a result of closing the account.

When creating an Insider account, users agree to have read and accepted the conditions of this User and Privacy Policy.

At any time, users have the right to disagree with the above mentioned conditions by simply closing their account. Their personal details will subsequently be removed.

The Grapevine bvba reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this User and Privacy Policy if required. In this event, members will be asked to read and agree to the terms once more.
